broker, Baird MacGregor does not keep "inventory", as such, on the shelf. Our "inventory"
is talent, skill, creativity, integrity, motivation and coordination. In a word

quality and we are committed to providing our employees with a work-life balanced
environment. Our staff are passionate, disciplined and innovative in delivering
the service excellence on which our firm prides itself. In addition to our commitment
to quality; knowledge and skills are supported by internal development plus funded
outside education. This is imperative to meet the needs created by our clients'
constantly changing circumstances. We promote growth among our more junior staff
and they enjoy a broad view of the insurance landscape from the more senior participants.
Baird MacGregor
presents informative and timely seminars for our clients, dealing with specific
risk management issues peculiar to their business. We also deal with broad issues
such as insurance fraud and pending legislation. Our Staff participate in these
seminars as presenters and as observers in order to heighten their awareness of
such issues.
Other outside specialists,
including underwriters, claims adjusters, lawyers and risk managers, have also learned
the value of participating in these sessions. Our staff consists of over seventy
members, some of whom have been with Baird MacGregor since its inception in 1979.
Included in the mix are "joint venture" partners, each with their own specialties.
This group adds to the entrepreneurial depth of the team and to the breadth of knowledge
that is available to the entire staff.
